Export desk address, opening hours and Sunday visits
You'll find us at Slachthuisweg 135, 7556 AZ Hengelo (Overijssel), in the Netherlands, about 1 km from the A1 motorway. We have no desk in Belgium. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 16:30. You can walk in, but please call or send a WhatsApp message first, ideally about 20 minutes before you arrive. On Sunday we open by appointment at a higher rate; call or message us first for the price.

Remote export when you live in Belgium
Most of the export can be prepared online. Send the yellow Dutch plates by post or courier, and we start once they arrive; documents and plates come back insured with tracking, also to an address across the border. If the car is already in Belgium, contact us first: the export then runs through a postal procedure, with insured DHL shipping taking about 5 working days, or about 1 working day with Express. Prices are on our price page.

We only use your details to answer and handle your request. The form sends your details by email to our team. A backup copy is kept for up to 90 days by our hosting provider Cloudflare and is then deleted automatically.

Is there an Auto Export België desk in Belgium itself?
No. Our only desk is in Hengelo, in the Netherlands. You can come by, or arrange most things remotely with documents and plates sent to Belgium.
Can I walk in at the Hengelo desk without an appointment?
Yes, Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 16:30. Call or send a WhatsApp message about 20 minutes before you arrive. On Sunday we open by appointment at a higher rate.
